INSTRUCTIONS

• Purchase our DIY online dog training program for $199.00 (click here)
• Complete our DIY training program (includes, assessments, videos, exercises, resources, etc.) Typically takes about 3 weeks.
• Upon completion of our program, submit our rebate form (below) along with copy of your completed 2 week exercise log.
• We will email a $100 Amazon give card to the email address used for the PayPal purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rebate requests MUST be submitted online within 60 days from date of purchase.

• You will receive your $100 Amazon Gift Card rebate within 14 days after 2 week exercise log is completed, submitted and verified and rebate claim is submitted.
